Day of the Dead

Dia de Los Muertos is a traditional Mexican celebration to honor the dead. You can see in some of these pictures different ways artists portrayed images of those who have passed away, from celebrities to fallen police officers, to family or friends. Besides the free art and crafts workshops, there was music and dancing along with Aztec dancers. Next year, if you’re in the Los Angeles area right around this time, you may want to stop by and enjoy an early afternoon where the only thing you have to pay for is food.
